Her expertise in customer-centric consultancy for Migros departments, such as Category Management, Business Intelligence, and Marketing, yielded valuable insights and strategic recommendations. Jane's ability to identify continuous process improvements and seize business development opportunities made her a sought-after ally. She even crafted a data insights training concept and shared her wisdom with stakeholders from the Migros group.

 

Venturing further back in time, we find Jane in the magical realm of Loylogic from February 2017 to July 2021. As the Director of the Project Delivery Office, she was a visionary leader who established a new department and implemented corporate project delivery standards. Under her watchful eye, end-to-end project management thrived, encompassing various domains, including catalog management, sourcing, technology, testing, legal, analytics, and finance. During her tenure, Jane also played a critical role in scaling Loylogic's B2B SaaS and White Label solutions, ensuring the platform's growth and its ability to meet the needs of global brands.

 

Continuing on this captivating journey, we arrive at Jane's role as the Director of Client Services at Loylogic, spanning from September 2018 to January 2020. Leading teams in Customer Engagement, Project Management, Process & Organization, Marketing, and Customer Support, Jane's expertise shone brightly. She skillfully managed overall accounts, ensuring P&L, performance reviews, customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability were at their best. Jane's masterful touch in leading loyalty initiatives for global brands and nurturing her team's talents left a lasting impression. Additionally, her strategic oversight was instrumental in scaling the company’s B2B SaaS and White Label offerings, driving significant growth and innovation.

 

Yet, the tale of Jane Doe had even more exciting chapters to reveal. Beekeeper was her next adventure, from August 2021 to May 2022. As Head of Customer Success EMEA Enterprise, she brought forth a seamless customer journey, driving onboarding, change management, strategy sessions, and performance reviews. Her strategic account planning and dedication to a positive customer experience reigned supreme, leading to remarkable growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. Jane also contributed significantly to scaling Beekeeper’s B2B SaaS platform, ensuring that the company’s mobile-first solutions could effectively support the needs of large enterprises and frontline teams globally.

 

We find Jane at UTL AG from July 2022 to May 2023, donning the mantle of a Project Manager. UTL's world of railway services in the DA-CH region witnessed her prowess in analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving change across the organization.

 

Commencing her journey at Arbico, Jane assumed the mantle of Business Consultant & Project Manager for public administration and police informatics from August 2023, traversing through the present day. Arbico, a bastion of consultancy services, provided her with a platform to orchestrate challenging digitalization endeavors and drive process enhancements, leaving behind trails of success across Switzerland's Eastern region.

 

Jane's odyssey was fueled by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and skill enhancement. Her educational voyage traversed through realms of Business Process Engineering, International Business, and beyond, equipping her with a formidable arsenal of expertise.

 

Beyond her professional exploits, Jane's linguistic prowess spanned Dutch, German, Swiss German, English, and more, while her IT acumen encompassed a plethora of software applications.

 

As we reach the final chapter of this extraordinary tale, we marvel at Jane Doe's journey, filled with triumphs, challenges, and moments of pure magic.
